Return Costs
: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

: All orders are shipped with insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. Should a parcel go missing post-delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a police report and initiate an insurance claim with the delivery carrier.
Customer Responsibility
: We ensure all items are dispatched with care, including tracking and insurance where applicable. Customers are responsible for claims related to loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
